		<h2>Pricing Policy for Online Merchandise</h2>
<p>CoolKippahs does everything in its power to ensure accuracy and maintain advertised prices, however, due to periodic fluctuations in the market, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted. When and if it becomes necessary to revise a price or description, you will be notified before your order is filled and will have the option to cancel or revise your order.</p><h2>Shipping</h2>
<p>Unless prior arrangements are made, orders are shipped, F.O.B. Teaneck, via UPS.  See following map for estimated in-transit days to your location (data provided by UPS.com).</p>
<p>For shipments outside the United States, call for rates. </p>

<p>Different monitors and operating systems display colors in hues that may differ from actual item color. Additionally, some designs (including plaid, brocade and others) will be sewn in varying positions and patterns that may not match the excact placement as displayed in the product image. By placing an order, you understand that fabric colors and dye-lots may vary from what is displayed on your screen.</p><h2>Conditions of Sale</h2>
<p>Minimum time for processing an order is 45 days (except for suede kippahs- see below). Orders placed between 30 days and 45 days before the date of the affair, when possible, will incur a $ 50.00 RUSH FEE.</p>
<p>Suede Kippahs normally process in 2-3 weeks. Orders placed within 10 days of the affair, when possible, will incur a $35.00 RUSH FEE.</p>
<p>Suede kippah orders are processed by the date of the affair, not when they are submitted. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, however, we do guarantee that your order will be ready prior to the date of your affair. </p>
<p>Once an order has been submitted and approved, any changes or cancellations, will be subject to a 10% cancellation and /or change fee. Once actual production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. If you request that your order be put on hold, and as a result your order becomes a RUSH ORDER, RUSH ORDER charges will apply.</p>
<p>Any open balances must be paid before an order is delivered or shipped.</p><h2>Returns</h2>
<p>Personalized items may not be returned. Subject to any implied, or written guarantees or warranties, defective merchandise may be returned at our expense, at which time we will replace or repair the defective or damaged items. Non-personalized items in original, resaleable condition may be returned with prior authorization, within 3 months of purchase. <p>We will never disclose or sell your email address to anyone, or disclose or sell information about you to a 3rd party. Unless you have opted in to recieve our email newsletters, your email address is stored for the sole use of referencing your order information.</p><h2>Sizing</h2>
<p>The standard size for CoolKippahs is 6.5 inches measured across the top of the kippah. Larger and smaller sizes are available, but keep in mind that it is preferable to order a size that will fit the greatest number of your guests.</p><h2>Trademark</h2>
